Dominic Santistevan is a young business owner, photographer, and local Tooele resident. He wants to see local artists learn, grow, and achieve their dreams. While helping run Gallery on 28, he is also working with the Tooele City Downtown Alliance to revitalize the downtown district. In his free time, he enjoys reading, driving, and being the occasional gamer.
