Dominic and Jeff have spent most of their lives growing up in Tooele County, watching the city flourish around them. They couldn't help but feel that the expanding community was missing something though: Culture. In response, they founded Gallery on 28, the first gallery in Tooele dedicated to enabling the up-and-coming artist. Their goal is to not only enable local artists to achieve their dreams but for the local community to thrive with them.
